Coming to Taupo, New Zealand in January 2023, John has been a dedicated and direct student since 1989 and was CERTIFIED to teach in 1995. Since then he has continued to develop his practice and teaching around the world, incorporating design philosophies adding a very precise, detailed and colourful metaphorical presentation to his teaching. His highly individual, analytical and sensitive approach touches deeply the students who work with him. With a clear focus of Mind and free-flowing Breath, we will give rise to a Dynamic Movement Meditation. Dive into a journey of Asana, Pranyama, Chanting and Meditation to nourish your body, free your breath and let your body and heart sing. All students from absolute beginners to advanced practitioners welcome.
